What the Live Dealer Lobby Actually Carries

Our live dealer lobby runs tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios whose streams are dealt by real croupiers in real time. You will find standard Live Baccarat alongside speed variants, classic Roulette next to Lightning Roulette, and Dragon Tiger for shorter rounds. Pragmatic Play Live adds its own Mega Wheel and Speed Baccarat rooms. Players in Kota Kinabalu

reach the same lobby as those on desktop — the stream holds well on mobile, and you switch tables without reloading. The lobby tiles show the table limit and dealer name before you click in, so you know exactly what you are sitting down to.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

How We Keep the Live Lobby Fair and Consistent

The live dealer lobby runs on studio streams that are independently monitored by the studios themselves — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live each maintain their own certification processes for dealer conduct and shuffle integrity. Our role is to present those streams without modification and to ensure your account balance updates accurately after every round result is settled. We do not alter stream outcomes; the result you see on screen is the result logged to your account.

Studio-Certified Streams Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run certified studio operations. Dealers follow scripted shuffle and deal procedures that the studios audit internally — we stream the feed as-is, without modification.
Round Result Logging Every live round result is logged to your account history in real time. You can pull up any round from the past session directly in your account dashboard to cross-check the outcome.
RTP Shown Where Studios Expose It RTP figures for live tables are displayed only where the game provider publishes them. We do not invent or estimate figures — if a title shows no RTP, the studio has not released one.
Account Security at Sign-In Your live session is tied to a verified account with OTP login. No shared sessions, no guest access — your balance and round history stay visible only to you after each sign-in.
TABLE HELP DESK

Getting Help While You Are at the Live Tables

A disconnection mid-round or a round result query — these things happen at live tables. Our support paths cover them directly so you are not left waiting. Reach us via live chat from within your account dashboard, or use the email channel for round-history disputes that need a screenshot attached. The live chat channel is the quickest route for anything time-sensitive while a session is still open.

Live Chat Open live chat from your account dashboard while you are in any live table session. Quickest route for disconnection issues or round queries that need a fast response.
Email Support Send round-history disputes or account access issues to our support email. Attach a screenshot of the table result and your account number to speed up the review.
Account Verification Help If your account is flagged during a live session — KYC hold or withdrawal block — our verification team handles it separately from the gaming support queue so neither wait is longer than it needs to be.

Live Dealer Terms Every Player Should Know

New to the live lobby or just need a plain-language refresher? These are the terms that come up most in live dealer play — defined the way they actually work at the table.

What does 'squeeze baccarat' mean?

A live baccarat variant where the dealer physically bends and peels the card corners slowly before revealing the full face — it adds tension to each reveal without changing the underlying baccarat odds or rules.

What is a side bet in live blackjack?

An optional wager placed alongside your main hand, typically on specific card combinations like pairs or suited cards. It pays separately from the main hand and usually carries a different house edge.

What does 'bet behind' mean in live blackjack?

A feature that lets you wager on another player's hand when all main seats are filled. Your stake follows that player's decisions — useful when the table is full but the round is still open.

What is Lightning Roulette?

An Evolution live roulette variant where random numbers receive multiplied payouts each round, up to 500x. Standard straight-up bets pay less than classic roulette to offset the multiplier opportunity.

What does 'natural' mean in baccarat?

A two-card hand totalling 8 or 9, dealt to either the Player or Banker position. A natural hand ends the round immediately — no third card is drawn regardless of the opposing hand's total.

What is Dragon Tiger in a live lobby?

A fast two-card live game where one card is dealt to Dragon and one to Tiger. The higher card wins. No strategy decisions — you simply wager on which position receives the higher-ranked card.

What You Actually Want to Know About Our Live Lobby

These are the questions we see most from those exploring the live dealer section for the first time — or returning after a gap. Straight answers, no padding.

The live lobby currently features Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Between them they cover baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, game-show style tables like Mega Wheel, and speed variants of each category.

Yes. The live lobby is accessible via your mobile browser without a separate download. The stream quality adjusts to your connection, and table controls are resized for touch — you can switch tables from the same mobile session without reloading the page.

Open your account wallet and select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay as your payment method. Confirm the transfer in your chosen app using your PIN — the balance appears in your account and you can enter any live table immediately after it reflects.

Table limits vary by room and studio. Each table tile in the lobby shows the minimum and maximum bet before you enter. Speed Baccarat and Dragon Tiger rooms generally carry lower minimums; VIP Baccarat rooms carry higher limits for each.

If your connection drops mid-round, the round still settles on the server side. Reconnect to your account and check your round history — the result and any winnings will already be recorded. Contact live chat if the balance looks inconsistent.

Access depends on your local law and the region where you are accessing the account. The lobby is available where local law permits — check your account eligibility after sign-in if you are unsure of your region's status.
